⭐ 1. Returns (Within 30 Days)
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product if:

The item is unused and in original condition, or

The product arrived damaged, defective, or not functioning properly.

⭐ 2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.
⭐ 3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD customers:

If the customer refuses delivery, return shipping fees may apply.

Refunds for returned items (accepted & inspected) will be made via bank transfer.
⭐ 4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, Pokilon will:

Replace the item for free, OR

Issue a full refund

⭐ 5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Used or heavily damaged items

Items missing accessories (pens, stand, cable, cloth)
⭐ 6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are:

Covered by Pokilon if the item is defective

Paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns
Return fees in the UAE: 10–15 AED.
⭐ 7. Delivery Refusal / Wrong Address (RTO)
If delivery is refused or address/phone information is incorrect:

The parcel returns to us (Return to Origin)

Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund
